Eth0:2025 Autumn/Broodje Frikandel as a Service

This is the information page for Fristi's "Broodje Frikandel as a Service". It will provide a deep-frying station located right outside the canteen.

Schedule

The deep-frying station will be opened on both the Saturday and Sunday during the afternoons (starting around 15.00 after regular lunch, ending around 17.00 before dinner). If you want something deep-fried, bring it here!

Broodjes frikandel will additionally be provided on Saturday. Mayonaise, curry ketchup and diced onions will additionally be provided as condiments. While not planned for Sunday, if any broodjes frikandel remain, BFaaS will continue on Sunday afternoon as well.

Location

The frying station will be located in a big blue tent right outside the canteen. Pretty hard to miss :D
