Luiemensenpannenkoeken (sweet vanilla pancakes)

Always make large stacks of these, they'll go fast.. and do share! Directions below resulted in around 25 pancakes when we performed this

  • 800g worth of instant-pancake-mix (just add water)
  • 1.4l of water (or however much you need to add according to your instant-pancake-mix)

The above items could be replaced by your mums recipe for regular pancakes involving eggs, flour and all that. However, we prefer laziness and went with instant. Now for the "sweet vanilla" part of these pancakes:

  • 600g regular sugar
  • 100g vanilla sugar

Put half the mix, 1l of water and the sugar in a bowl and properly stir. When you have a proper mixture, add the rest of the mix and water as you keep stirring. Bake pancakes as usual, if you're unsure how to do this, give your mom a ring ;)

Luiemensenpannenkoeken Safari

Just add 1 cup (50ml) of Safari to your mix, instead of milk or water.

Mate zandkoekjes

<@Will-Do> we hadden havermout gemengd met winter-mate, even laten 
                intrekken zodat er niet meer echt vocht is. 3-2-1 
                zandkoekjesdeeg (verhouding), dus bijv 100gram boter, 200 gram 
                suiker, 300 gram zelfrijzend bakmeel. Dat bij elkaar gooien, 
                kneden tot een mooie bal (te droog, wat mate erbij, te nat wat 
                bloem erbij) en dat in koekjes vormen. 15-20min op 175 graden 
                bakken tot de bovenkant bruin is

Chocolade zandkoekjes

voor de chocolade ongeveer 50% cacao, 50% suiker en wat water

                gemengd tot een pakje, en dat door het zandkoekjesdeeg ipv de 
                mate-havermout
