The Promotion department is in charge of, as the name suggests, promoting the event. On the one hand, this task consists of attracting visitors to the event; on the other, it also involves acquiring speeches and workshops for the event, to make it more interesting for those visitors. Some of this work will be delegated; the admins of each ETH0 village are encouraged to promote the event amongst their own target audiences and try to arrange some workshops themselves. The ETH0 Promotion team will be responsible for doing all general promotion of the event.

The Promotion team is headed by Heleen Klopper and Laura Broenink (Tancaliel).

==Promotional materials==
We are currently working on creating informational flyers and posters about ETH0. They will be listed here as soon as they are completed. For now, if you require specific information about the event because you would like to help us promote it, please contact us at promotie(at)eth-0.nl.

==Use of ETH0 promo materials==
As soon as they are put up, anyone is allowed to use these to inform people or other events about ETH0. Please do make sure you stick to the message we were originally spreading; we don't like sending out mixed or conflicting messages.

As always, make sure you're not breaking any local laws or etiquette rules. Be extra careful when handing out flyers in public places, as you'll need to make sure you clean up any flyers that people drop to the ground. 

==Suggestions and requests==
If you have any suggestions as to how and/or where we might promote ETH0, please contact us at promotie(at)eth-0.nl. This includes anything from locations where we can put up posters or hand out flyers, to magazines that may want to publish an article about ETH0, to events where we can spread the word; but also if you think you can help us design or write promo material, and so on. If you think you can help us attract public speakers to do workshops or speeches at the event (or maybe you can even do one yourself!), you can either contact us at the above address, or Jan at info(at)eth-0.nl.

If have a specific request for new material, be it graphics, informational texts or something else, let us know, and we'll try to supply you with all the material you need.
